(1) Hymnus 112: 17 parts, 33 x 25 cm, hand-ruled paper, 10 staves; performance materials for the hymn Creator alme by Franz Novotný (RISM 530003844).
(2) Hymnus 112/a: 22 fol., 25 x 32 cm, hand-ruled paper, 10 staves; reduction of four voices on two staves in treble and bass clef. A collection of 41 hymns, of which the first one is Novotný’s Creator Alme, and the remaining works are by Werner. No. 32 is missing; thus, the subsequent works are numbered 33 to 42.
(3) Hymnus 112/b: 8 fol., 25 x 32 cm, hand-ruled paper, 10 staves; figured bass. A collection of the same works as in 112/a.
(4) Hymnus 112/c: 6 fol., 31 x 25 cm, hand-ruled paper, 16 staves; vocal score with figured bass. A collection of six hymns from 112/a, comprising no. 11 (Salutis humanae sator), 34 (Ave maris stella), 33 (Deus tuorum militum), 13 (Veni creator Spiritus), 17 (Iam sol recedit), and 12 (Pange lingua gloriosi).
