Due to its compositional technique, Werner’s authorship can be ruled out with certainty.

The wrapper lists Werner as composer of a litany with a scoring matching that of the present work. However, it contains a litany by Antonín Mašát with different scoring (equal to A-WIL 33, RISM 600077510). Therefore, it is likely that the wrapper has been mixed up at a later date, and its original contents have been lost.
